Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed by email or the goods are shipped.

Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices.

The available payment methods may include PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment processing is carried out via external payment providers. The seller does not store full payment data.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is worldwide.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout.

Delivery time is typically 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination.

Delays caused by customs or shipping providers are outside the seller’s control.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller by email.

Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

As the products are individually designed or hand-painted items, the right of withdrawal may be restricted if goods are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

(This does not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights.)

Returns

Returns are only possible if the goods are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

For hand-painted products, natural variations in design, structure, and finish do not constitute a defect.

Liability

The seller is not liable for delays or issues caused by shipping providers, customs, or other third parties.

The seller is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Intellectual Property

All content in this online store (designs, images, texts, logos) is the property of the seller and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
