Please read the following information carefully before purchasing.

Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at lara@dizaynclothes.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent to the following address:
Gotzingerplatz 5, 81371 München.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is any issue, so I can help resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Made-to-order and customized pieces, as well as sale items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

 

Refunds

I will inspect the returned item(s), and if they do not meet the return conditions, the return will be declined and no refund will be issued.

Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
